Amr primarily focuses on litigation and arbitration in civil, commercial and private law matters.

Representative Experience:

  • Amr has over than 12 years of experience. He has advised and acted on behalf of major multi-national and national companies in a wide variety of sophisticated disputes in both civil and commercial matters.
  • Amr has attended numerous court hearings, expert discussions and prosecution investigations in relation to a wide variety of disputes including very complex cross-border cases.
  • Amr has represented clients in complex liability cases (contractual liability and breach of contract), as well as labour cases, competition cases, cyber fraud cases and white collars crimes.
  • Amr has acted for clients in negotiations and settlements covering several billion-dollar disputes.
  • Amr has also acted for clients in a number of institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations including the breach of a medical services agreement, construction agreements, and the breach of a sale of goods agreements.

Education:

  • Amr holds a Master’s degree in International Comparative Law from Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
  • LLB from Cairo University.

  • Egyptian Bar.
